In the list on the left there is an explanation for each method. Thermoplastic is applied as a hot material and waterborne paint as a cold liquid product, so you need different kinds of machines. Thermoplastic and waterborne are applied in different thicknesses and must therefore also be applied with different machines. They have a totally different chemical composition which also demands different application methods. Thermoplastic applied as spray cannot be applied by hand application. Other circumstances, such as different climate zones, also play a role when distinguishing between different thermoplastic formulations.
