the focus on performance
Cleanosol undertakes
customer-driven research and development. Customers’
interests are naturally the driving force in our challenge
to constantly develop innovative concepts that break
new ground. A new product idea can, for example, be
born from existing projects and material supplies –
or as a result of long-term research activity.
We develop both materials and application methods within
the following areas:

Thermoplastic
extruded and screed material.
•
Thermoplastic spray.
•
Preformed thermoplastic
formulations.
•
Waterborne paints.
The aim of development activity is to produce materials
as rapidly as possible that can be subjected to application
tests on a road. Our laboratory environment houses a
multitude of advanced testing equipment. As everyone
who works with road markings knows, the best testing
environment is the real world – on a road. That
is why we diligently use various kinds of tests –
both official and unofficial road tests, as well as
analyses of markings on the ordinary road network.
The tests are carried out together with agencies, customers
or with our own contracting division. It is always desirable
that our customers play an active part in our development
projects – this to ensure that products are developed
for each individual customer and optimised for them
in regard to function and price. Functionally, our products
are developed in order to meet European standards EN
1436.
The fact that we have developed material for countries
across the whole Europe means that we have an excellent
and extensive knowledge bank that forms the basis for
innovative projects and new products.
